Once lead data has been delivered to you via email or digital download, the service is considered fully rendered. We encourage all clients to request a sample list before making a purchase decision.

4. Use of Data

You agree to use the lead data provided by LeadsVault solely for your own business development purposes. You are prohibited from:

Reselling or redistributing the lead data to third parties.
Using the data for illegal, unethical, or spamming activities.
Attempting to reverse-engineer our qualification processes.

While we strive to match leads to your agreed client specifications from public and commercial sources, specific contact fields and data checks are agreed per order and are not guaranteed. LeadsVault does not guarantee data accuracy, data freshness, specific sales outcomes, conversion rates, or closing percentages. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our leads or services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
